农民工在推动中国工业化和现代化建设中做出了巨大的贡献。农民工的离职直接影响到企业的稳定,也会增加企业的人力资源成本。因而,保持农民工合理的离职率成为企业人力资源管理者考虑的重要问题。鉴于目前关于农民工离职的影响因素的研究很少,因此本文针对影响农民工离职的因素展开了有关研究,总结了影响农民工离职的五大重要因素。从人力资源管理的角度提出了相应的对策建议。
Migrant workers made tremendous contributions in promoting China’s industrialization and modernization. The departure of migrant workers has a direct impact on the stability of the enterprise, and will also increase the cost of human resources in the enterprise. Therefore, to maintain a reasonable turnover rate of migrant workers has become an important issue for enterprise human resources managers. In view of the fact that there are few researches on the influencing factors of the departure of migrant workers, this paper studies the factors that affect the turnover of migrant workers, and summarizes the five major factors that affect the departure of migrant workers. From the perspective of human resources management, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
