心电图箭头样T波是指T波的正常形态消失,上升支与下降支完全对称、顶角变尖,与ST段有明显分界点,其方向不变振幅增加。国外将之作为“冠状T”的一种类型。为进一步探讨心电图箭头样T波对冠心病的诊断价值,以及与血液流变学的关系,1988年12月～1989年12月,我们在控制实验条件下,测定22例心电图呈箭头样T波改变患者的7项血液流变学指标,并与12例缺血型ST-T改变患者
