一、广东科技队伍的基本情况党的十一届三中全会以来,随着社会主义现代化建设事业突飞猛进的发展,广东科学技术队伍也迅速壮大。到1990年,全省已有科技人员53.82万人,其中全民所有制单位44.37万人,集体所有制单位4.4万人,乡镇企业5.05万人。其具体情况为如下所述。 (1)队伍总量(按全民所有制自然科学队伍计,下同)占全国科技队伍总量的4.11％,在全国各省市中排第11位。 (2)发展速度比较快,与经济发展大
