水泥生料配料计算是水泥生产中比较棘手的问题。它是一种求解多变量,多约束条件的决策问题,它没有一种精确求解的数学方法,只能通过逐步迭代以求得在误差允许范围内的近似结果。在水泥行业中以前多采用误差尝试法、递减试凑法等手工方法进行求解,求解过程十分烦杂,而且容易出错,计算错误将给水泥生产造成无法挽回的损失,因此,它给生产和教学带来诸多不便。水泥配料计算实质上是管理学中线性规划问题,可用规划求解法求解其近似值,不过手工求解仍十分困难,但是,随着微型计算机的应用,使用Office 2000办公软件的计算功能则可以使问题迎刃而解。
