目的 观察并认识各种类型~(18)F-FDG PET/γPET肿瘤显像“陷阱”图像特征。方法 分别选取2000例~(18)F-FDG PET和120例γPET常规肿瘤显像病例中的典型“陷阱”图像加以分析研究。结果 共发现5种类型FDG生理浓聚性“陷阱”图像和3种病理性“陷阱”表现,前者包括:喉肌(注射FDG后说话过多)和骨胳肌(注射FDG后肌肉运动)摄取FDG增多、食管显影、胃肠道浓聚FDG、脊神经节显影和输尿管聚集FDG等,后者有:炎症灶浓聚FDG、放疗后FDG摄取增多和FDG阴性癌肿等。结论 加深对~(18)F-FDG PET/γPET肿瘤显像的正确应用,提高该技术诊断肿瘤的正确率。
Objective To observe and recognize the characteristics of “trap” images of various types of ~(18)F-FDG PET/γPET imaging. Methods The typical “trap” images in 2000 cases of 18 F-FDG PET and 120 cases of gamma PET conventional tumor imaging were analyzed and studied. Results A total of five types of FDG physiological trap images and three kinds of pathological traps were found. The former included: laryngeal muscle (excessive speech after FDG injection) and skeletal muscle (muscle exercise following FDG injection) Increased FDG, esophageal visualization, gastrointestinal tract concentration FDG, spinal ganglion imaging, and ureteral aggregation FDG, etc., the latter include: inflammatory focal concentration FDG, FDG uptake after radiotherapy, and FDG-negative cancer. Conclusions To improve the correct application of ~(18)F-FDG PET/γPET tumor imaging and improve the accuracy of this technique in the diagnosis of tumors.
