为探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)及一氧化氮(NO)在过敏性哮喘发病机制中的作用及心钠素(ANF)对哮喘转归的意义,检测了哮喘豚鼠血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中ET-1、ANF、NO2-/NO3-、cGMP含量。结果显示,哮喘组ET-1、ANF、cGMP含量均显著高于对照组;哮喘组BALF中的NO2-/NO3-含量高于对照组;ET-1与NO2-/NO3-含量变化呈中度负相关;ET-1与ANF含量变化呈显著负相关;NO2-/NO3-和ANF含量与cGMP含量变化呈显著正相关。表明ET-1与NO在哮喘发病中起重要作用,ANF负反馈抑制ET-1的合成与释放
To investigate the role of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma and the significance of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) in asthma, the plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage ET-1, ANF, NO2- / NO3-, cGMP content in the lotion (BALF). The results showed that the levels of ET-1, ANF and cGMP in asthma group were significantly higher than those in the control group; the content of NO2- / NO3- in BALF in asthma group was higher than that in the control group; the content of ET-1 and NO2- / Negative correlation between ET-1 and ANF content; NO2- / NO3- and ANF content had a significant positive correlation with cGMP content.
