现在,国外在宽带冷热轧机上广泛使用高铬铸铁轧辊。苏联因缺乏加工能力和成熟的生产工艺,高铬铸铁轧辊的使用仍受到限制。为保证高铬铸铁轧辊有高的耐磨性,乌克兰冶金研究所对其最佳组织和足够的淬透性进行了研究。所研究的高铬铸铁化学成份范围是(%):8~28Cr,1.6~3.5C;0.5~1 .0Si; 0.5~1.7Mn;0.2~0.6Mo;1.5~2.28Cu;0.5~1.OA1和微量的Ti及V。铸铁在酸性感应炉中熔炼,炉料是碳素废钢,铸造生铁(л2~5)和低碳铬铁(фX025)。金属用锰(фMH1.5)、镍(H3)、钼铁(фM1)、钛铁(фTи
Now, foreign high-chrome cast iron roll widely used in broadband hot and cold rolling mill. Due to the lack of processing capacity and mature production technology in the Soviet Union, the use of high-chromium cast iron rolls is still limited. In order to ensure the high wear resistance of high chromium cast iron rolls, the Ukrainian Institute of Metallurgy has studied its optimum structure and sufficient hardenability. The study of high-chromium cast iron chemical composition range (%): 8 ~ 28Cr, 1.6 ~ 3.5C; 0.5 ~ 1. 0Si; 0.5-1.7Mn; 0.2-0.6Mo; 1.5-2.28Cu; 0.5-1. OA1 and traces of Ti and V. Cast iron smelted in an acid induction furnace, the charge is carbon scrap, cast iron (л2 ~ 5) and low carbon ferrochrome (фX025).
