基于试验对关键筛孔通过率同多孔沥青混合料空隙率之间的变化规律进行分析,得出PAC-13中,2.36 mm筛孔的通过率与空隙率的线性相关系数最好,且当2.36 mm筛孔通过率增大3%时,混合料的空隙率减小约2%;通过灰色关联理论分析得出,在2.36~4.75 mm、1.18~2.36 mm和0.6~1.18 mm 3档集料中,对混合料空隙率大小影响最主要的是2.36~4.75 mm集料含量,该档集料含量关系到混合料能否形成稳定的骨架-空隙结构。
Based on the experimental analysis of the variation of the critical mesh passing rate and the porosity of the porous asphalt mixture, the linear correlation coefficient of pass rate and porosity of 2.36 mm sieve in PAC-13 is the best, and when 2.36 mm, the porosity of the mixture decreased by about 2% when the passing rate of sieve was increased by 3%.
