【目的】探讨磁共振成像(MRI)扫描技术在复杂型先天性心脏病(CCHD)患儿大血管畸形中的诊断价值。【方法】22例经手术病理证实大血管异常的CCHD患儿,均完成心脏大血管MRI检查,分析其MRI特征。【结果】22例CC HD患儿中经手术病理证实法洛四联症11例,内脏心房异位综合征4例,血管环2例,先天性主动脉缩窄5例,M RI诊断结果与病理结果的符合率为100%。M RI采用多角度断层图像及三维重建图像清晰显示CC HD患儿的心内解剖及其周围大血管根部的解剖和胸腹部脏器的位置与形态。【结论】MRI扫描技术在CCHD患儿大血管异常中诊断价值高,术前正确诊断对先天性心脏病的手术治疗至关重要。“,”[Objective]To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in diagnosis of large vas-cular malformation in children with complex congenital heart disease (CCHD) .[Methods]In 22 CCHD children with large vascular malformation confirmed by operation underwent MRI examination of large cardiac vessels . The characteristics of MRI were analyzed .[Results]Of all 22 children with CCHD ,11 children were tetralogy of Fallot ,and 4 children were viscero-atrial heterotaxy syndrome ,and 2 children were vascular rings ,and 6 children were congenital coarctation confirmed by operation .The coincidence rate of results of MRI and pathol-ogy was 100% .Multi-view images and three-dimensional reconstruction image by MRI could clearly show int-racardiac anatomy ,anatomy and morphology of thoracic and abdominal organs and the position of large vessels around the roots .[Conclusion] MRI scanning technology is valuable in the diagnosis of large vascular malfor-mation in pediatric patients with CCHD .Preoperative diagnosis is essential for surgical treatment of congenital heart disease .
