目的:探讨“项目引领,任务驱动”教学方法在康复专业《妇产科护理学》教学中的效果。方法:将2012级康复专业三班和四班学生作为研究对象,三班63名学生作为实验组,四班61名学生作为对照组。实验组采取“项目引领,任务驱动”教学法,对照组采取传统教学法,设计对教学方法满意度问卷调查。学期结束后,通过问卷调查比较两组学生对教学方法的满意度,并比较两组学生考核成绩。结果:实验组学生对教学方法满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),期末理论考核平均成绩及操作考核平均成绩均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:与传统教学方法对比,“项目引领,任务驱动”教学方法优于传统教学法,适合在康复专业《妇产科护理学》教学中推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of “project lead, task driven” teaching method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in rehabilitation specialty. Methods: Three classes and four classes of 2012 rehabilitation major were selected as study subjects, 63 students in three classes as experimental group and 61 students in four classes as control group. The experimental group adopted the “project-led, task-driven” teaching method, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and designed the questionnaire of satisfaction with teaching methods. After the semester, questionnaires were used to compare the satisfaction of the two groups of students with teaching methods and to compare the scores of students in the two groups. Results: The satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The mean score of the final theoretical assessment and the average score of the operation examination were all better than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the teaching methods of “project leading and task - driven” are better than the traditional teaching methods and are suitable to be promoted in the teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing.
