随着地勘单位企业化进程的不断加快,市场竞争变得越发强烈,现在市场的竞争是人力资源的竞争,在这个以人力资本创造经济、财富为核心竞争力的时代,人力资源成为了经济和财富的主要源泉。为了适应这一重大转折,做好人力资源管理成为了地勘单位所面临的首要课题和重要挑战。面对这一挑战,地勘单位要想在激烈的市场竞争中寻求更广阔的生存和发展空间,尽快适应市场要求,实现持续健康发展,必须探索适合自身需求的人力资源管理。根据地勘单位人力资源管理自身特点和问题不断进行改革、创新。做到以人为本,发挥人力资本优势,从而建立起企业的核心竞争力。文中笔者在对地勘单位人力资源管理现状及问题分析的基础上,提出了应对策略与建议,希望能够为地勘单位人力资源管理提供一定的参考作用。
With the continuous acceleration of the process of enterprise development in geological prospecting units, market competition has become more and more intense. Competition in the market now is competition for human resources. In this era of human capital-based economy and wealth as the core competitiveness, human resources have become the economic and The main source of wealth. In order to adapt to this major turning point, human resources management has become the primary issue and important challenge for geological exploration units. Faced with this challenge, if geological exploration units are to seek broader survival and development space in the fierce market competition, adapt to market requirements and achieve sustained and healthy development as soon as possible, it is necessary to explore human resources management suitable to their own needs. According to the geological exploration unit’s human resources management own characteristics and problems continue to reform and innovation. People-oriented, give play to human capital advantages, so as to establish the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, based on the analysis of human resource management status quo and problems in geological prospecting units, the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide reference for human resource management in geological prospecting units.
