本文总结分析了我县实施全监化疗控制传染源的成效,对初治、早期复治及慢性传染源一年痰菌阴转率分别达95%、90%和80%以上,切实做到了控制传染源的目的。1980～1988年人口传染源率下降了92.7%,年递降率27.9%,显示对结核病流行的良好控制效果。充分证明以化疗为武器,实施全监化疗控制全部传染源的技术政策,是控制一个地区结核病流行的卓有成效的措施。
This article summarizes and analyzes the implementation of Quanjian chemotherapy in our county to control the source of infection, the effect of early treatment, early retreatment and chronic infection of sputum negative conversion rate of 95%, respectively, 90% and 80%, and effectively control The purpose of infection source.
