目的了解公共卫生医师对其岗位胜任力素质的认知,为构建中国公共卫生执业医师岗位胜任力模型提供参考。方法本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法,对2095名取得公共卫生医师执业资格证书的在岗公共卫生医师对岗位胜任力素质的认知做了初步的研究。结果公卫医师岗位胜任力素质通过主成分分析得到6个因子,分别命名为“综合能力与职业精神”、“医学基础与思维”、“操作与实践”、“公共卫生科学”、“人群健康管理”和“卓越技能”。这6个因子的权重分别是56.26%、20.67%、8.98%、5.58%、4.91%和3.61%。从重要性评分来看,操作与实践、综合能力与职业精神因子内的要素得分较高,而医学基础与思维、卓越技能因子的要素得分较低。结论公共卫生医师岗位胜任力要素可初步分为6个维度,这一胜任力要素结构较好地反映了如今公共卫生事业对公卫医师的要求。
Objective To understand the cognition of public health physicians on the competency of their posts and provide references for constructing the competency model of public health practitioners in China. Methods In this paper, using the literature research method and questionnaire survey method, 2095 in-service public health physicians who obtained the practicing qualification certificates of public health doctors made a preliminary study on the competence of job competency. Results The qualifications of post doctor-patient competence of the public health service were obtained by principal component analysis, which were named as “comprehensive ability and professionalism”, “medical basis and thinking”, “operation and practice”, “public Health Sciences ”, “ crowd health management ”and “ excellent skills ”. The weights of these six factors are respectively 56.26%, 20.67%, 8.98%, 5.58%, 4.91% and 3.61%. According to the importance score, the factors in operation and practice, comprehensive ability and professionalism score higher, while the factors of medical basis and thinking and excellent skill factor score lower. Conclusion The competency of public health doctor can be divided into six dimensions. The competency structure reflects the requirements of public health doctors.
