用户既是图书馆活动的基本要素,也是图书馆活动中最具能动性的因素。用户在利用图书馆资源、与图书馆互动时会产生大量的信息,它们可能会被图书馆各种应用与服务系统所记录、捕捉。但是,只有将零散、无序、描述不清的用户信息“化”为“资源”才能凸显其作用与价值。在国家社会科学基金一般项目“大数据时代图书馆用户信息的资源化研究”(项目编号:13BTQ025)的资助下,课题组围绕着图书馆用户信息“资源化”理论、内容架构、运行模式、管理方法等4个方面展开研究。
