运用资料分析法、文献资料法 ,对美国高校“体适能与健康的原理与应用”的课程、教材和内容体系进行了阐述和剖析 ,挖掘了其可借鉴的价值 ,认为 :1)应对其课程体系加以分析研究 ,取其有用者而用之 ;2 )开发教材 ,购买仪器 ;3)加强师资培训 ,开设体育与健康教育专业 ;4 )实现课程内容主体化 ,与个体信仰、情感相联系。并对我国高校体育与健康课程改革提出了相应的建议。
Using the method of data analysis and literature review, this article expounds and analyzes the curriculum, teaching material and content system of “Physical Fitness and Health Principles and Applications” in American colleges and universities, and explores the value it can learn from: 1) 2) developing teaching materials and purchasing instruments; 3) strengthening teacher training and setting up majors in physical education and health education; 4) realizing the subjectification of the course contents in accordance with individual beliefs and emotions . And puts forward corresponding suggestions to the reform of physical education and health in colleges and universities in our country.
