离心机用于复杂条件下模拟飞行器的线加速度、气动加载等各种试验。吊篮中的筒体零件是离心机的关键件,针对筒体极为特殊的结构形状与机械性能要求,研究了筒体选材、毛坯制作等工艺方案,设计了“水压机+四个阶段+三火”的新工艺路线。试验结果表明,该工艺解决了材料各向异性、致密性及综合机械性能差等一系列难题,吊篮筒体完全符合技术要求。
Centrifuges are used for simulating the linear accelerations and aerodynamic loads of aircraft under various conditions. The cylinder parts in the basket are the key parts of the centrifuge. According to the extremely special structural shape and mechanical performance requirements of the cylinder, the technological scheme of the material selection and the blank production of the cylinder is studied. The design of “hydraulic press + four stages + three Fire ”new process route. The test results show that the process solves a series of problems such as material anisotropy, compactness and poor overall mechanical properties, and the basket body completely conforms to the technical requirements.
