目的:探讨苏木种子发芽最佳条件及种子寿命,为栽培生产提供科学依据。方法:利用不同浸种处理(60、100℃水温中浸种24 h,浓硫酸浸种15 min,不浸种);不同温度(15、20、25、30、35℃恒温、30℃/20℃变温、自然变温),光照及黑暗;不同贮藏时间(1、3、6、9、12个月)等处理对苏木种子进行发芽试验,测定其发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数。结果:适宜苏木种子萌发的温度范围为25~35℃,35℃时达到最佳发芽温度,光照和黑暗条件均可。用浓硫酸浸种15 min或100℃热水浸种24 h可显著提高苏木种子的发芽率、发芽速度和整齐度。苏木种子不耐贮藏,采用低温或常温条件贮藏1个月,发芽率降低近一半。结论:苏木种子属于高温萌发型、光中性种子;生产上育苗适宜随采随播,播前采用浓硫酸或100℃热水浸种处理。
Objective: To explore the best germination conditions and seed life of Hematoxylin and eosin (Solanum torii L.) seeds and provide scientific basis for cultivation and production. Methods: The soaking seeds were immersed in 60, 100 ℃ water for 24 h, immersed in concentrated sulfuric acid for 15 min, soaked at different temperature (15, 20, 25, 30, 35 ℃, 30 ℃ / 20 ℃, natural Temperature, light and darkness. The germination tests were conducted on the seeds of Hematoxylin and harmaticum at different storage times (1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months), and their germination potential, germination rate and germination index were measured. Results: The optimum temperature for seed germination of Hematoxylin ishei was 25 ~ 35 ℃, and the optimum germination temperature was reached at 35 ℃. The light and dark conditions were the best. Soaking seeds with concentrated sulfuric acid for 15 min or immersing in hot water at 100 ℃ for 24 h significantly increased the germination rate, germination rate and uniformity of the seeds. Hematoxylin seeds impatient storage, storage at low temperature or room temperature for 1 month, the germination rate decreased by nearly half. Conclusion: Hematoxylin and eosin (Seychelles) seed belongs to high temperature germination type and light neutral seed. The nursery seedlings suitable for production are suitable for being sowed. Before sowing, the seedlings are treated with concentrated sulfuric acid or 100 ℃ hot water.
