研究了液淬工艺参数和添加微量稀土元素Ce对非晶态Fe—B—Si合金热稳定性的影响.结果表明,制备非晶条带时的液淬速率愈高,在低温退火时合金的结构弛豫过程愈难进行;而非晶晶化与液淬条件之间不存在直接的联系.Ce的适量添加,在低温阶段延迟了结构弛豫过程中非晶条带延─脆转变的发生;在高温阶段使合金开始晶化的温度降低,且作用效果与条带中Ce的含量成正比.
The effects of liquid quenching process parameters and the addition of rare earth element Ce on the thermal stability of amorphous Fe-B-Si alloys were investigated. The results show that the higher the liquid quenching rate during the preparation of amorphous ribbons, The more difficult the structure relaxation process is, and there is no direct relation between the amorphous crystallization and the liquid quenching conditions.The proper addition of Ce delayed the occurrence of amorphous strip-to-brittle transition during the structural relaxation at low temperature ; The temperature at which the alloy starts to crystallize decreases during the high temperature period, and the effect is proportional to the Ce content in the strip.
