辽河油田以稠油著称,主要以注气(水)开发方式为主。杜84块是典型的超稠油区块。由于该区块边水、顶水水锥严重,且锥进速度快,采用常规的热采工艺,存在着地下水降气(水)温作用不明显;高气(水)温使管柱外原油溶化,地层水顺管柱进入油层。针对以上难点,结合该区块地质特征,创造性的设计并实施了“S”型水平井钻完井工艺,通过长期注采数据及收益情况的对比验证了该施工工艺的有效性,同时也为国内外相似油气藏的开发提供了有力的技术参考。
Liaohe Oilfield known for heavy oil, mainly gas (water) development-based. Du 84 is a typical super heavy oil block. Due to serious water coning and high coning speed of the water in the block and the conventional thermal recovery process, there is no obvious effect of groundwater descending water (water) temperature. High gas (water) temperature makes the crude oil outside the pipe string Melting, formation water along the column into the reservoir. In view of the above difficulties, combined with the geological features of this block, the design and implementation of the “S” horizontal well drilling and completion technology has been creatively designed. The effectiveness of the construction process has been verified through the comparison of long-term injection and production data and profitability. It also provides a powerful technical reference for the development of similar reservoirs at home and abroad.
