目的:探讨组成十全大补汤的各单味生药对青霉素酶活性的影响。方法:以组成十全大补汤的黄芪、肉桂、地黄、芍药、川芎、苍术、当归、人参、茯苓和甘草的提取物粉末为实验材料。用各种β-内酰胺耐药菌经超声破碎调制粗酶液。根据G.W.Ross等的方法,通过生物测定探讨上述生药对青霉素酶活性的抑制作用。粗酶量为使添加基质青霉素G(250μg/ml)的抗菌活性失活80%的量。结果:各种生药对由大肠杆菌ML4901/Rms212株调制成的Ⅰ型(TEM型)青霉素酶活性的抑制作用,即该粗酶液与各
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of each single-boiling crude drug that compose Shiquan Dabu Decoction on the enzyme activity of penicillin. METHODS: The extract powders of Astragalus membranaceus, Cinnamon, Rehmannia glutinosa, Paeoniflorin, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Atractylodes lancea, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Ginseng, Poria cocos, and Radix Glycyrrhizae were used as experimental materials. Various β-lactam-resistant bacteria were used to prepare the crude enzyme solution by sonication. According to the method of G.W. Ross et al., the inhibition of penicillinase activity by the above crude drugs was investigated by a bioassay. The amount of crude enzyme was an amount that inactivates the antibacterial activity of the substrate penicillin G (250 μg/ml) by 80%.
