用常规方法制备的水滑石(简称LDH)为六角片状结构。通过130℃水热晶化制备了长径比在10~40、分散性良好、相组成均一和高结晶度的棒状LDH颗粒。其棒状结构包括圆柱形、四角柱形及管状,圆柱和四角柱的直径均在1μm左右,长度在10~40μm。圆柱和四角柱的表面光滑,分散性良好。这主要是由于高温高压的环境打破了常规晶化的热力学平衡,改变了晶体的生长条件。该制备方法简单易行,所得的棒状LDH在塑料添加剂、阻燃剂、农药控释和油田开发等领域有重要应用价值,对LDH的形貌控制也提供了有益启示。
The hydrotalcite (LDH) prepared by the conventional method is a hexagonal platelet structure. The rod-shaped LDH particles with aspect ratio of 10-40, good dispersibility, uniform phase composition and high crystallinity were prepared by hydrothermal crystallization at 130 ℃. The rod-shaped structure includes a cylindrical shape, a tetragonal shape and a tubular shape. The diameters of the cylindrical shape and the tetragonal shape are all about 1 μm and the length is 10-40 μm. Cylindrical and square corners of the surface smooth, decentralized. This is mainly due to the high temperature and pressure environment to break the thermodynamic equilibrium of conventional crystallization, changing the crystal growth conditions. The preparation method is simple and easy, and the obtained rod-shaped LDH has important application value in the fields of plastic additives, flame retardants, controlled release of pesticides and field development, and also provides beneficial enlightenment on the morphology control of LDH.
