搞好企业内部分配制度改革,理顺分配关系,最大限度地调动企业各层次、各类人员的积极性,是企业深化改革,走向市场,转换经营机制的关键环节。1993年我们紧密结合施工企业野外流动施工,作业条件艰苦和劳动密集等特点,在推行项目法施工,进行施工管理体制综合配套改革的同时,以分配制度改革为突破口,进行了一系列的改革,取得了较好的经济效益。1993年公司在年初任务不落实的困难条件下,主要经济技术指标仍创历史最好水平,产值、全员劳动生产率、实现利税和人均收入均比92年有较大增长。今年上半年完成施工产值27000万元,比去年同期增长92.7%;全员劳动生产率达26470元,比去年同期增长83.8%;实现利税在各种成本因素大幅度增加的情况下,仍保持了增长的势头。 在分配制度改革上,我们主要是理顺分公司、施工队、班组(岗点)及辅属单位等四个层次的分配关
