一九九○年元月至一九九二年六月,我市各基层法院共受理房屋纠纷案件(不含房屋继承案件)1617件,市中级人民法院共受理二审房屋纠纷案件486件。从审理情况看,房屋纠纷案件呈现出“四多”的特点。一是以判决方式结案的多。由于双方当事人在房屋产权、租赁和继承等问题上的认识不一致,分歧较大,争议较激烈,难以通过协商调解达成一致协议,因而以判决方式结案较多,在1617件一审房屋纠纷案件中,判决结案的有657件,占40%;在
