通过对隧道围岩的实时监控,可以全面地了解围岩动态变形趋势,为隧道安全施工提供必要的保障。根据具体工程中出现的围岩变形过大的情况,基于有限元软件ANSYS对所采用的小导管注浆和增设临时仰拱的方法进行了研究。结果表明:临时仰拱和小导管注浆对于控制隧道围岩变形有明显的效果,对于拱顶下沉的控制效果不明显,两者共同作用可以较好地改善衬砌的受力状况。
Through the real-time monitoring of the surrounding rock of the tunnel, the trend of dynamic deformation of the surrounding rock can be fully understood, providing the necessary guarantee for the safety construction of the tunnel. According to the case of large deformation of surrounding rock in the concrete project, the method of grouting small pipe and adding a temporary inverted arch based on finite element software ANSYS were studied. The results show that the temporary inverted arch and small conduit grouting have obvious effect on controlling the surrounding rock deformation of the tunnel, and have no obvious control effect on the dome sinking. The combined action of the two can well improve the lining force.
