随着我国卫生体制改革的进一步深入和医疗服务市场竞争的日趋激烈,目前公立医院的发展面临着许多问题。医院普遍缺乏科学的绩效考评体系,导致医院管理效率低、人才流失、员工积极性不高、服务资源利用效率较低、患者满意度下降。本文从医改背景出发,阐述了医改政策对医院带来的影响,总结现阶段医院绩效管理中绩效考核存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
With the further deepening of China’s health system reform and increasingly fierce competition in the medical service market, the current development of public hospitals faces many problems. The lack of scientific performance appraisal system in hospitals generally leads to inefficient hospital management, brain drain, low staff enthusiasm, low utilization of service resources and decreased patient satisfaction. Based on the background of medical reform, this paper expounds the impact of medical reform policy on hospitals, summarizes the existing problems in performance evaluation of hospital performance management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
