密排六方晶体由于其结构较为复杂,且轴比C/a值变化,造成其最密排面和密排方向改变,从而导致位错滑移系统也有所不同。一般常见的六方晶体(Cd、Zn、Mg、Ti)c/a值与标准比值1.633相差不大,其滑移系统主要为(0001)[1120]。 (1101)[1100](1100)[1120]。本文实验用合金Ti-25Al-10Nb-3M_0-1v(at%)中的主要相α_2c/a值仅为0.801,远小于标准值,故其密排面与密排方向可能不同于常见六方晶体。
Due to its complex structure and the change of axial ratio C / a, the hexagonal close-packed hexagonal crystal structure changes the direction of the densest surface and the close-packed hexagonal crystal, resulting in the dislocation sliding system. The common hexagonal crystal (Cd, Zn, Mg, Ti) c / a value is not much different from the standard ratio of 1.633, and its sliding system is mainly (0001) [1120]. (1101) [1100] (1100) [1120]. The α2c / a value of the main phase in the experimental alloy Ti-25Al-10Nb-3M_0-1v (at%) is only 0.801, which is much smaller than the standard value. Therefore, the close-packed and close-packed directions may be different from the common hexagonal crystals.
