宝兰二线蔡阳川特大桥要从宝天线路堑上方跨过, 大桥桥台在路堑北坡挖基中,山体出现裂缝,可能引起滑坡。铁道部几次组织专家到工地察勘研究,认为大桥不能过路堑,只能在宝天线上修建框架桥,而且不能影响宝天线正常行车。宝天线为电气化铁路,要在接触网上方修建框架桥,必须解决施工防电问题, 教授级高工刘真研制的框架式防电作业车成功地解决了这一关键难题。该车可以在接触网带电、列车正常通行的情况下修建框架桥。西铁工程四公司采用该设备,安全、快速地建成了框架桥,把路堑南侧的特大桥与北侧的隧道接通,保证了宝兰二线的全线贯通。

The four companies of West Rail Engineering adopted the equipment to safely and quickly complete the framework bridge and connect the special bridge on the south side of the cutting and the tunnel on the north side to ensure full penetration of the second line of Baolan.
