基于职业教育的特点,中职教育专业培养目标和课程教学标准由学校自主制定和实施,针对性和灵活性大,但缺失科学权威的论证和评价,导致中职毕业生的综合素质参差不齐。自2007年全国开展职业院校技能大赛以来,职业教育人才培养模式发生了根本性转变,职业学校纷纷以各个专业的竞赛规程和评价标准为导向,全面推进专业课程教学改革。本文以建筑CAD技能大赛作为切入点,结合实际教学过程,阐述在技能大赛导向作用下的教学改革。
Based on the characteristics of vocational education, secondary vocational education training objectives and curriculum standards set by the school autonomy and implementation, targeted and flexible, but the lack of scientific authority of the argument and evaluation, leading to the comprehensive quality of vocational graduates jagged . Since 2007, vocational skills competitions in vocational colleges have been carried out, vocational education personnel training mode has undergone a fundamental change, vocational schools have to compete for each professional rules and evaluation criteria as the guide, and comprehensively promote the teaching reform of specialized courses. In this paper, building CAD skills competition as a starting point, combined with the actual teaching process, elaborated in the skills competition under the guidance of teaching reform.
