本文介绍了根据金属学原理研究试验出的,适合不同硅含量的硅钢片铁心极面长期防护的气体氮化工艺,即在570±10℃.30~45%氨分解率的条件下,保温3小时后取包空冷的工艺。经本工艺氮化的国产硅钢片D4、D2、日本硅钢片(1.6%si)、西德硅钢片(1.89%Si)铁心除表面生成一薄层(约60μm)抗蚀耐磨的氮化层(铁磁性物质)外,基体成分和组织不变,因此对铁心电性能影响很小,并能有效地提高铁心的机械寿命。其中,材料为D4的QJ2-A自耦减压起动器氮化失压铁心已经过十五年的工业运行。对QJ2-A和DW10两个系列失压铁心试验的结累都显示了很好的技术经济效果。
