东京电力公司,自本世纪70年代起就积极发展抽水蓄能水电站,目前已拥有六座抽水蓄能电站,总装机容量达4638MW,另外还有两座总容量为2500MW。与其他类型的电站相比,抽水蓄能电站的优点在于:固定成本较低,开、停机操作方便,能较好地适应系统电力负荷的变化。基于以上优点,东京电力公司计划通过修建抽水蓄能电站的方式来满足电力负荷增长的需求。本文介绍了东京电力公司对抽水蓄能电站进行经济评价方法以及确定发展抽水蓄能电站的长远战略。
Tokyo Electric Power Co., Ltd. has been actively developing pumped storage hydropower stations since the 1970s. Currently, it has six pumped-storage power stations with a total installed capacity of 4638MW and an additional capacity of 2,500MW. Compared with other types of power plant, pumped storage power plant has the advantages of: lower fixed costs, open, stop easy to operate, can better adapt to the system power load changes. Based on the above advantages, TEPCO plans to meet the demand for increased power load by constructing a pumped-storage power station. This article describes the Tokyo Electric Power Company for pumped storage power station economic evaluation methods and to determine the development of pumped storage power station long-term strategy.
