全自动血凝仪温度测控系统的设计,实现了血凝仪在恒温状态下进行凝血过程的各项正常工作,为血凝仪系统中各项医学指标的获取提供了可行的方法。硬件检测系统使用DS18B20对温度进行实时检测,使用半导体制冷片与风扇相结合的方法来实现制冷过程。运用PID算法来控制可控硅的导通和截止时间来调节加热器的功率以达到加热的目的。最终结果表明该系统具有测量精度高,监测数据准确,稳定性好等优点。
Automatic blood coagulation analyzer temperature measurement and control system design, to achieve the coagulation analyzer coagulation process at constant temperature for the normal work, the coagulation analyzer system for the acquisition of various medical indicators provides a viable approach. The hardware detection system uses the DS18B20 to detect the temperature in real time and uses a combination of a semiconductor cooling chip and a fan to realize the cooling process. The use of PID algorithm to control the SCR on and off time to adjust the heater power to achieve the purpose of heating. The final results show that the system has the advantages of high accuracy, accurate monitoring data and good stability.
