目的 观察高眼压家兔眼压、视网膜神经节细胞超微结构改变与图形视网膜电流图 ( PERG) q波幅值、图形视诱发电位 ( PVEP) P1 0 0 波潜时变化的关系。方法 12只 ( 2 0只眼 )日本大耳白兔在黑白棋盘方格翻转图形刺激下进行 PERG、PVEP检测 ,得出家兔 PERG、PVEP正常参考值。甲基纤维素前房注射法制备高眼压模型 ,在高眼压状态下作 PERG、PVEP检测 (方法同前 )。断颈处死家兔 ,制备视网膜电镜标本 ,观察视网膜神经元超微结构改变。视网膜神经元形态学改变与电生理学检测结果作统计学分析。结果 高眼压家兔眼压与 PERG q波幅值呈负相关 ,与 PVEP P1 0 0 波潜时呈正相关 ;神经节细胞形态学变化与 PERG、PVEP变化幅度呈正相关。结论 高眼压家兔眼压、视网膜神经元形态学变化与有关电生理学指标变化存在相关关系 ,即电生理学指标变化可以反映高眼压所致视神经损害的程度与部位
Objective To observe the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP), ultrastructural changes of retinal ganglion cells (RGC) and the magnitude of q value of PERG and the latency of P1 0 0 of PVEP. Methods Twelve rabbits (20 eyes) were used to examine the PERG and PVEP in black and white checkerboard squares. The normal reference values of PERG and PVEP were obtained. The model of intraocular pressure (IOP) was prepared by injecting methylcellulose into the anterior chamber and PERG and PVEP were tested under the condition of high intraocular pressure (the method is the same as above). The rabbits were sacrificed by cutting off the neck, and the retinal electron microscopy specimens were prepared to observe the ultrastructural changes of retinal neurons. Morphological changes of retinal neurons and electrophysiological test results for statistical analysis. Results Intraocular pressure (IOP) of rabbit with ocular hypertension was negatively correlated with the amplitude of PERG q and positively correlated with the latency of PVEP P1 0 0. The morphological changes of ganglion cells were positively correlated with the changes of PERG and PVEP. Conclusion Intraocular pressure and morphological changes of retinal neurons in hypertensive IOP rats are related to the change of electrophysiological indexes. The change of electrophysiological indexes can reflect the degree and location of optic nerve damage caused by intraocular hypertension
