我厂具有多机型、少批量的生产特点。在确保产品质量要求的情况下,对一般软料或较薄板料的迴转体空心件,均采用普旋工艺成形,因为普旋工艺,模具简单、工装制造周期短、费用低,故单件价格便宜,在成形加工中费用是比较经济的工艺方法之一。据几个机型的统计,我车间应用此种工艺加工零件共有250多项。在普旋工作中,经常碰到的问题之一,是零件壁厚的变薄超差问题,如图1所示系一个球形筒形件,零件料厚为1.2mm,而旋压后最薄处只有0.3mm,壁厚超差。
