1984年1月4日,某学员队在1次课堂气焊操作实习课中发生全体在课人员锌中毒,其中学员36人,教员1人,工人(技术指导)3人,共40人。实习课从上午第1节课至下午第7节课,中午休息2小时。课堂设在20×8×7m 的操作间,无吸尘及排烟设备,时值冬季,大多门窗紧闭,仅开一扇门。实习中每人各持一把焊枪操作,用低碳钢焊条焊接镀锌钢板。一、一般情况本组病例主要集中在当日12时～12时30分和16时30分～17时两批发病。中毒前,感冒不适者(无发热)3人,过度疲劳者2人,睡眠不好者2人,饮食不佳者4人,腹泻1人,全体平素皆无慢性疾病。初次接触焊接
