以抗人转铁蛋白受体单克隆搞体OKT9.为抗体.运用酶联免疫组ABC染色法.对儿童急件白血病不同病期的骨髓进行ABC染色。结果发现白血病未治期及部分缓解期转铁蛋白受体(TfR)表面达显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01,P<0.025)。而完全缓解期TfR表达与健康对照组比较无明显差别(P>0.5)。提不TfR表达与白血病细胞增殖有关,对白血病的早期诊断及治疗有重要意义。

The results showed that the surface expression of transferrin receptor (TfR) in leukemia and partly in remission stage was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01, P <0.025). However, TfR expression in complete remission was not significantly different from that in healthy controls (P> 0.5). TfR expression and leukemia cell proliferation related to the early diagnosis and treatment of leukemia is of great significance.
