Hepatitis B is an infectious disease caused by Hepatitis B virus (HBV) that seriously endangers human health. It not only caused a large number of HBV-positive carriers, but also caused an important factor of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer in adults. Our country is a high incidence area of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, with about 120 million people. The data shows that 30% 50% of HBV-infected persons are due to vertical transmission of mother to child [1]. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad to block the mother-to-child transmission of HBV to conduct a lot of research, and put forward reliable blocking measures, but still 15% to 25% failure rate. This article comprehensively reports the current status of HBV intrauterine infection mechanism and blocking effect, providing reference information for exploring more effective blocking methods.
