为揭示损伤发生的主要原因,并提出相应的对策,从而减少学生损伤的发生率,提高学生的健康水平,促进教学改革提供有益的参考资料。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法通过对(损伤率、损伤部位,损伤原因等)相关因素的对比分析。发现郑州大学体育学院运动训练系学生运动损伤率为58%;主要损伤部位:踝关节27.6%,膝关节20.7%;主要损伤原因为准备不充分、动作较大、技术动作错误以及场地原因等。损伤发生率较高的运动主要是篮球、足球、田径等大强度或对抗性项目。因此想要在体育教学和训练中减少学生的运动损伤,就必须加强学生的思想教育,学习运动损伤的知识,使学生对损伤有预防意识,加强易伤部位练习,根据运动项目认真的做好准备活动,合理的安排运动负荷,对学生定时进行身体检查。在练习的内容上要先易到难、有简单到复杂,坚持预防为主的原则。
In order to reveal the main causes of injury, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to reduce the incidence of student injury, improve students’ health, and promote teaching reform to provide useful reference materials. By using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and data statistics, we compared and analyzed the related factors such as the injury rate, the site of injury, the cause of injury and so on. The results showed that the sports injury rate was 58% in the sports training department of Zhengzhou University. The main injury sites were ankle joint 27.6% and knee joint 20.7%. The main causes of injury were inadequate preparation, large movements, technical errors and reasons of the site. The higher incidence of injury sports are mainly basketball, football, track and field and other large-intensity or confrontational projects. Therefore, if you want to reduce the students ’sports injuries in physical education and training, you must strengthen the students’ ideological education, learn the knowledge of sports injuries, make students have a sense of prevention of injury, strengthen the practice of vulnerable parts, and do a good job according to the sports Prepare activities, reasonable arrangements for exercise load, regular physical examination of students. The content of the practice should be easy and difficult, simple to complex, adhere to the principle of prevention.
