本研究以元认知理论为依据,结合听力教学,在教学实践中培养学生的元认知意识。在一个学期的实验中,学生在课堂上完成两个听力实践活动,在课后通过周记加强元认知意识的培养。研究结果阐明元认知意识的培养对提高学生的听力水平有效,同时学生认为预测、集中注意力和反思等策略可明显改善听力能力,听力成功可有效激发学生的听力动机。
This study is based on metacognition theory, combined with listening teaching, in teaching practice to develop students’ awareness of metacognition. In a semester experiment, students complete two listening practice activities in class and strengthen metacognitive awareness through the diary after class. The results show that the training of metacognition awareness is effective in improving students ’listening ability. At the same time, students think that strategies such as prediction, concentration and reflection can improve listening ability obviously. Successful listening can effectively stimulate students’ listening motivation.
