研究目的:近年来,北方冬季频繁出现异常的寒流,使高速铁路站台管廊消防保温干管时有冻裂、漏水,影响消防设施不能使用。通过调研发现,主要是管廊中消防保温干管上只设有消火栓,没有其它用水户;干管两端分别接客车上水主干管,与客车上水管形成并联管网。在无客车上水时,消防保温干管两端水压基本处于平衡,管内流速很低、基本没有热交换。针对存在的问题,探讨了湿式管道冻害防护与干式管道消防系统的方案,为高速铁路车站消防设计提供借鉴。研究结论:北方车站消防管道设计,有条件时应设置在岩土中冰冻线下。否则,应有防护方案;设计可依据当地具体情况,因地制宜地选择湿式管道冻害防护或干式管道消防系统的方案。
Research purposes: In recent years, unusual cold currents in the northern part of the northern part of the country have led to the frequent occurrence of frost cracking and water leakage during fire-fighting and heat-insulated trunk pipe works on high-speed railway platforms, which can not be used in fire-fighting facilities. Through the investigation, it is found that fire extinguishers are mainly arranged on the fire-insulated trunk pipe in the pipe gallery and there is no other water user; both ends of the dry pipe are respectively connected to the main pipe of the water-carrying trunk of the bus and to the water pipe of the passenger car in parallel. When there is no bus on the water, the water pressure at both ends of the fire protection trunk pipe is basically in balance, the flow velocity in the pipe is very low, and there is basically no heat exchange. Aiming at the existing problems, the scheme of wet pipeline protection and dry-pipe fire-fighting system is discussed, which can be used as a reference for the fire protection design of high-speed railway station. Research conclusions: Fire station design of the northern station, conditions should be set in the rock in the freezing line. Otherwise, there should be protection programs; the design can be based on local specific circumstances, according to local conditions to choose wet pipe protection or dry-pipe fire protection system program.
