氧传感器有着微型、智能、多功能等特点,以及良好的经济效益、广泛的市场应用等优点,因此成为人们的研究的热点。本文通过自主研制的Bi/Bi_2O_3型氧传感器,进行了氧传感器在锡铋合金的准确性及响应性测试实验。金属测氧实验结果显示,在500℃下,氧传感器信号的响应性、稳定性较好;电动势随温度的变化呈典型的线性关系。以Bi/Bi_2O_3为参比电极的氧传感器研究取得了初步成果,为以后在低熔点合金中氧含量监测和调控的探索实验提供基础数据研究。需进一步开展动态条件下氧传感器性能的探究实验和器件的准确性、响应性、稳定性的研究。
Oxygen sensor with micro, smart, multi-functional characteristics, as well as good economic benefits, the advantages of a wide range of market applications, it has become the focus of research. In this paper, through the self-developed Bi / Bi_2O_3 oxygen sensor, the oxygen sensor in the tin-bismuth alloy accuracy and responsiveness of the test. The results of metal oxygen test show that the response and stability of the oxygen sensor signal are good at 500 ℃. The electromotive force has a typical linear relationship with temperature. Preliminary research on oxygen sensor with Bi / Bi_2O_3 as reference electrode has been made, which will provide the basic data for the future exploration and monitoring of oxygen content in low melting point alloy. Further research on the performance of oxygen sensor under dynamic conditions and the accuracy, responsiveness and stability of the device are needed.
