食管癌死亡率居恶性肿瘤第8位,其预后不佳,转移率高。因此,探讨该肿瘤发病机制、寻找新的靶向治疗是当今肿瘤学研究的重要内容。癌基因HER2是人类肿瘤中发生改变频率最高的癌基因之一,其异常扩增及表达与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,目前已成为某些恶性肿瘤诊断的一个重要分子标记物和治疗靶标。本文就HER2及靶向治疗在食管癌中的研究进展作一介绍。
Esophageal cancer ranks 8th among malignant tumors with poor prognosis and high metastasis rate. Therefore, exploring the pathogenesis of this tumor and finding new targeted therapy are the important contents of oncology research. The oncogene HER2 is one of the most frequently changed oncogenes in human tumors. The aberrant amplification and expression of HER2 is closely related to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. It has become an important molecular marker and therapeutic target for the diagnosis of certain malignant tumors . This article describes the progress of HER2 and targeted therapy in esophageal cancer.
