在原来试验研究稀土-铬天青S-邻菲罗啉-溴化十六烷基三甲铵四元络合物的显色反应的基础上,进一步研究改进了该体系,选择最适条件,既可以测定稀土总量,同时又可以测定钇组稀土分量。提出了应用此体系连续测定微量总稀土和钇组稀土(Sm-Lu、Y)的新分光光度法。测定稀土总量在pH9.5进行,选用适宜试剂用量,特别注意避免过量表面活性剂CTMAB.对La的退色、隐蔽作用,由于这种四元体系将异配位体络合物和胶束增溶络合物统一在一个多元络合物体系中,具有灵敏度高(ε>10~5),对比度大(△λ=220nm),选择性较好的特点,测定总稀土下限可达0.2μg/25ml。测量钇组稀土分量在pH8.4进行,并加入适量外加竞争配位体NaHCO_3,可不经分离直接测定混合稀土中的钇组稀土。
