笛鲷烂鳃病是一种细菌性鱼病,其感染率高达62%,造成海水浮置网箱养殖的笛鲷死亡。从病鱼肝部分离到该致病菌,用其纯培养物进行易感动物人工感染获得成功。该菌为短杆状,大小为0.5~0.6×1.1×2.5μm;两端钝圆且微曲;无鞭毛、无芽孢、无荚膜,革兰氏染色阴性。本文还叙述了该菌的形态学、生理生化测定、培养特性等分类特征,初步认为该菌是一新属。
The snapper gill disease is a bacterial fish disease that infects as much as 62%, resulting in the death of snapper housed in a floating cage of seawater. From diseased liver part to the pathogenic bacteria, with its pure culture of susceptible animals, artificial infection was successful. The bacteria is short rod-shaped, the size of 0.5 ~ 0.6 × 1.1 × 2.5μm; both ends blunt and slightly curved; no flagellum, no spores, no capsule, Gram stain negative. This article also described the morphological, physiological and biochemical determination of the bacteria, culture characteristics and other characteristics of the classification, initially that the bacteria is a new genus.
