我厂批量生产的S195柴油机配件——气门锁夹(图1),每次批量约20万副左右.由于该零件的尺寸较小,装夹较困难,采用单件装夹铣开的生产率很低,远远不能满足生产要求。为此我们设计制造了一种自动铣开夹具(图2)。该夹具结构简单、操作方便,每小时能加工1000多件气门锁夹。夹具装在车床方刀架上,用螺钉压紧。由机床光杠传动链轮,带动转盘回转。转盘的圆周上均匀分布着与工件相配的锥孔。转盘连续转动,工件则用手依次放入锥孔内。铣刀杆安装在车床主轴锥孔内或三爪卡盘上。因工件与工具是锥面配合,所以工件能自动定位夹紧。由于重力作用,工件铣开后,会自动落下。
