本文报告了二岁以下支气管肺炎61例以及6岁内不同年龄组健康儿血浆纤维结合蛋白含量的变化。健康儿血F_n 含量以新生儿期最低,随年龄增长含量逐渐升高。肺炎期PF_n 动态观察,急性期明显降低,降低程度与病情严重程度相一致。随病情恢复含量增高,研究结果提示测定PF_n 是了解肺炎患儿RES 功能受损程度的一种敏感的方法,对判断病情、估计预后及指导治疗有一定参考价值。
This article reports the changes of plasma fibronectin levels in 61 infants with bronchopneumonia below the age of 2 years and healthy children of different ages within 6 years. The content of F_n in healthy children’s blood was the lowest in neonatal period, and gradually increased with age. Pneumonitis dynamic observation of PF_n, acute phase was significantly reduced, the degree of reduction consistent with the severity of the disease. With the increased level of disease recovery, the results suggest that the determination of PF_n is a sensitive method to understand the extent of impairment of RES in children with pneumonia, which can be of reference value in judging the disease, estimating the prognosis and guiding the treatment.
