通过电场诱导融合方法分别获得了纽荷尔脐橙与粗柠檬、纽荷尔脐橙与夔柑两个组合的体细胞杂种。纽荷尔脐橙 +粗柠檬组合获得了 4 5棵再生植株。对其中的 3 0棵植株进行染色体检查 ,结果表明 ,全为四倍体 ,2n =4x=3 6。过氧化物同工酶及RAPD分析表明再生植株为体细胞杂种。纽荷尔脐橙 +夔柑组合获得了 2 5株再生植株。染色体检查结果表明 ,全为四倍体 ,2n =4x=3 6。RAPD分析表明再生植株为体细胞杂种
The somatic hybrids of Newhall navel orange and rough lemon, Newhall navel orange and konjac were obtained by electric field induced fusion. Newhall navel orange + rough lemon combination obtained 45 regenerated plants. Chromosome examination of 30 of them showed that they were all tetraploids, and 2n = 4x = 36. Peroxidase isozymes and RAPD analysis showed that the regenerated plants were somatic hybrids. 25 new plants were obtained from Newhall navel orange + Citrus reticulata. Chromosome test results showed that the whole tetraploid, 2n = 4x = 3 6. RAPD analysis showed that the regenerated plants were somatic hybrids
