泌乳素(PRL)调节卵巢功能作用地位不如LH 和 FSH 肯定。本文目的在于获取大鼠动情周期中卵巢泌乳索受体与血泌乳索等激素变化关系。实验结果表明,在正常生理条件下受体含量与血泌乳素呈平衡变化。高血泌乳素大鼠处于动情期 D 期(间期),受体含量显著低于正常大鼠 D 期含量。
Prolactin (PRL) regulates the role of ovarian function status as LH and FSH affirmation. The purpose of this paper is to obtain the estrous cycle of ovarian lactogen receptor and blood lactation and other hormones changes. The experimental results show that under normal physiological conditions, the receptor content and prolactin showed a balanced change. Hyperprolactinemia rats are in estrus D phase (interval), the receptor content was significantly lower than the normal D phase content.
