利用自行设计的一套净成形真空液相压渗工艺装置制备了净成形碳纤维增强铝基复合材料。通过对纤维与颗粒混杂技术、粘结剂的选择、溶胶 -凝胶法制备热解碳涂层效果的研究 ,使制备出的碳铝复合材料的纤维体积分数适中 ,纤维分布均匀。复合材料的拉伸强度及弹性模量分别达到 945 MPa和 2 18GPa
Net shape carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by a set of net shape vacuum liquid pressure infiltration process equipment designed by ourselves. Through the study of the hybrid technology of fibers and particles, the selection of binders and the effect of sol-gel process on the preparation of pyrolytic carbon coating, the prepared carbon-aluminum composites have moderate fiber volume fraction and uniform fiber distribution. The tensile strength and elastic modulus of the composites reached 945 MPa and 2 18 GPa, respectively
