信访举报部门,与群众接触比较多。正因如此,从事信访举报工作,特别需要真情面对群众,真诚对待事业。在信访举报岗位上工作五年来,我对此深有体会。先说要有真情。但凡到信访部门来的群众,大多心里都有疙瘩,这时候作为接待人,如果不能摆正位置,把群众看成送上门的麻烦,就会有大问题。不仅群众反映的事情得不到解决,还会激化矛盾,凉了老百姓的心,更损害了纪检监察机关的形象。记得刚到信访岗位那会儿,我还很年轻,对于领导将我安排到一线接访
