贵刊1996年第3期刊登的“金属涂镀新技术的应用与机理研究”一文,对金属涂镀技术的基本原理及操作规程进行了系统的分析和研究。金属涂镀技术是一种新兴修补技术,虽然近年来得到一定的推广应用,但是关于金属涂镀在实际应用中积累的经验还不够多。作者多年来利用业余时间从事金属涂镀工作,亲自涂镀修复的零件达5000余件（包括铸钢、铸铁、碳钢等）。根据多年的实践经验,对涂镀过程中应注意的主要问题进行了归纳整理,以供大家参考。
